Exchange or refund: the choice is yours:
Ordered the wrong size or colour? No problem, just send the shoes back to us within 14 days of receipt. As long as they’re still ’as-new’. we’ll exchange them for the size you need and/or the colour you prefer.
Like a different model instead? That’s no problem, either. Send us back the shoes within 14 days and we’ll refund you the full price of the Ons you’ve already purchased (see ’Money back’ below). And, while we’re doing that, you can place your new order.
Money back? If you’d simply like to return your Ons and have the money you paid for them refunded, just send them back to us within 14 days of receipt. As long as they’re still in their original condition and packaging we’ll refund. Please note that expedited shipping will not be refunded in case of returns/exchanges.
Repackage them, add let ud know your oder number with your return and you’re done!

Manufacturing defect? Just let us know.
Got a problem with your Ons that’s related to their manufacture? We’ll be pleased to provide a replacement pair within the legal warranty period.
